Although naturalistic observation is our primary teacher, we have
never been taught to apply it to make sense of our own lives, leaving
us a blind spot to ourselves. I am here to say that if willing to change,
there is no pain that can’t be healed, even the most difficult states
can be overcome. You too can find ease within and deeply touch life.

Helena graduated from the University of Tartu in 2004 in medicine, specialized in psychiatry and between 2004-2013 worked at North-Estonia Regional Hospital. Since 2013 she consults in private practice and has co-founded an online mental-wellness platform. In 2017 she became the licensed teacher of the Art of Conscious Change and in 2021 was invited to teach mental health at a University. Helena speaks publicly on emotions and burnout, and her scientific paper published in the book “Personal Sustainability” by Routledge (2018) focuses on inter-relations between mental health and consciousness-based practices. As a practitioner and teacher of the Art of Conscious Change, she is part of a larger movement that helps humans to return to their primary tools and essence – active application of consciousness and the intrinsic benevolence of true Self. For long have humans believed that automatic reactions including destructive emotions are an inevitability, the norm. With the emergence of this new era marked by wisdom to discontinue such automatic reactions, repetitive patterns of anxiety, sadness, stress or worry will soon be a thing of the past, transforming our view to psychology, health, and wellness beyond recognition.
