Aru saamine mälust info ehk data ülesse kerkimise seaduspärasuste osas
on teadmine mõtte, meenutuse ja juurdlemise protsesside haldamise kohta.

Emotsioonide ja info vahel saab tekkida lõputu arv kombinatsioone, automatisme.
Nendest rääkimiseks on ühiskonnas kasutusel kokkuleppeline sõna “psüühika”.
Ravi psüühika häiritusele ei seisne tabletis, see on vahend ajutiseks sümptomite kontrolliks.
Tervis on teadmine ja oskus – juurduda rahusse ja vähendada negatiivset autopilooti.

In my work, I rely on my expertise in medicine, consulting patients, personal progress in techniques of active awareness (AoCC) and realizations from the path of kriya yoga. I contribute to a larger mission that recognizes the intrinsic goodness of true Self and consciousness as primary. From the conscious state, emotions and thoughts are not seen as either good or bad. However, when arising automatically, this robs us of the position to use them constructively, leading to psychological suffering and ill health. For long have we believed these automatic reactions, including destructive emotions, to be the norm. To foster mental wellness, I help to shift the emphasis from trying to handle the consequences of automatic arisings to pulling the root of such reactions. I help in building a path from medication to education, including naturalistic observation next to academic logic while supporting brain health with an appropriate diet and lifestyle. With the emergence of this new era marked by consciousness-based tools to discontinue automatic reactions, repetitive patterns of anxiety, sadness, stress or worry will soon be a thing of the past, reshaping our view to psychology, health, and wellness beyond recognition.
